Either Put Up! Or Shut Up!

  • Jun 6, 2008
  • Post a comment

I don't know about you, but right about now I am fed up, capped to the brim, and sick and tired of limited thinkers blocking forward thinkers. Just get outta my way dang it! cause' you ain't got nothing to give nobody no way.

Listen, I know some of you out there are saying "I really need to do something about this" Guess what? You're right … now put up or shut up!

Yeah, I hear you out there. You say I’m wrong? Then look at it this way .. Why is that some of you can see the plights of life so much more vividly than others? Could it be that you were called to do something about it? You know that’s right. So here’s what’s up. No more excuses, no more lying, no more procrastination, no more passing the buck, no more waiting for yo’ change to come. Do something NOW … cause’ people are waiting on you.

Now to finish this off, here’s my suggestion … don't let another voice, whether in your head or in your surroundings dictate your level of responsibility to change what's wrong around you. Cause' guess what baby-love, you have a responsibility to make life better everywhere you go. Whether you like it or not … it is what it is.

And don’t be mad at Miss V cause’ I ain’t the one who made up the rules … but guess what baby, I have to follow them to.

So grace and peace to you my beloved ... And until next time, it’s Miss V signing off.

Yesterday Is Gone, Today Is Always Now

What an interestingly-fulfilling two days it has been. How magnificent it is to be in the right place at the right time! Being ready to give and to receive.

Question, have you positioned yourself to be in the right place at the right time my beloved? I mean, have you taken the time to be on point and ready to receive what’s important to your destiny? Here’s another question. Are your hands full? Okay, okay, let me explain. Take a moment right now and think on what’s in your hand. Is it full of life, purpose, hope, treasure, goodness, completeness, openness and oneness? Is what’s in your hand (your weapon), a tool used to destroy, decrease, lead astray, take from, or neglect?

What do I mean by all this? Well the weapons in your hand, what we have available to us, is birthed from our mouth. Our mouth is a tool - - - the tool (weapon) that is in your hand. Are you using your tool to bring increase? How about we start with dropping that tool of deficiency first. Purge your heart and mind right now of lack, anger, and indecision. Make a decision (which is an action), to increase so that those around you can increase. This makes for peace and total life prosperity; and has an impact in the universe like none other.

Listen, today, because yesterday is gone, is the day to take a step in the direction of learning the truth. The truth as you understand it. Will you take that step today? I hope so, I need you, because yesterday is gone, but today is always now.

Until next time. Grace and peace to you.

Sex Crazed and Ruling Our Thought Life

  • May 3, 2008

Let’s talk sex. Yes Sex. Intercourse, copulation, masturbation, penetration.

Why has its beauty, purpose and pleasure become distorted, shapeless, and meaningless? Should it be used as a manipulative tool or target? Could it be that sex "sells" and that’s its only true value?

I beg to differ! Not only are such quotes or mantras an indictment to ones character (or lack thereof), but it goes real deep. So let’s take the time to step back, re-evaluate, and properly address the design and beauty of a sexual relationship, and it’s place and role in human creation. Yes us, the human creation. The most divine of all of creation.

Suffice it to say that blaming everything outside of you is a lame excuse for rampant promiscuity, baby-making & leaving, seed dropping and wasting, and overall neglect of responsibility of your own body, and the body of someone else. How about we take this opportunity to put the role of sex into proper perspective. Its beauty has been given to us by the Divine One. The creator of us all. Why have we decided that marriage and sexual copulation is not necessary? Why have we decided that sex and pleasure, whenever and with whomever, is at the top of our list? This plague has become rampant and truly universal, regardless of ones age race, or culture. This epidemic, I must remind you is not a "young peoples" problem only. Older folks who are supposedly wiser, are more noticeably promiscuous than most would dare to admit. Check your local newspaper or television news broadcast. Need I say more?

How about this. How about we take the time and reflect on the fact that those who are so willingly wanting to use their bodies as a tool or weapon are misfits of reality. No person, regardless of their gender should continue to lay down their bodies as a source of pleasure for the sole purpose of sexual release. Now if you say, "but we are in a committed relationship!", then by all means commit totally and marry that man or that woman. Because hey, you’ve both already given the most priceless of gifts to each other when you open yourself and release yourself into that person. Remember this, there may come a time when you are unable to perform sexually. Whether from sickness, exhaustion, or just life’s mental and emotional challenges. What then? Shall your body die because you have not satisfied that part of your psyche? Hardly! Do yourself and those who are watching you a favor, and remove yourself from such promiscuity. Isn’t it time you intertwined your body with the one and only, who will take you on as their spouse? That’s the one who will take care of your body as if it were their own.

Pause and think on that.

Grace and peace to you,

From The Inside Out

  • Apr 26, 2008

As I sit here quietly (for a change), I am brought to a place in my own life where I recognize the need to look deeper, from the inside out.

Our lives are being so pulled by forces outside of us. How much time have you taken so far this year, this month, this season, this time, to just think on you? What is aching you? What is moving you? What is slowing you down?

This is where the link in the chain is broken. The chain of change, progress, recovery, health, and vitality. This link is you. The missing piece, the Cu de Gras, the beginning and the end, the way maker, the one who hears and knows. Have you taken the time to exhort yourself in the things that are important to you? Have you taken the time to revitalize the energy source that is in you? Have you discovered what that source may be yet? You know, where does that still quiet voice come from that brings you to movement.

Let's take a journey over the next few days, hours and minutes and listen for that voice that tells us well. I am sure that voice will not lead you into destruction, but into a place of mental clarity, peace, and power.

Enjoy the journey. Until next time.

Making Life Happen - Right Now

Fall 2007
Fall 2007

Listen, no matter what you see around you, remember, it is always subject to change!

So what’s important right now is you. If you are not healthy, nothing and no one around you will be healthy. Do me a favor, take a minute, look around. Is everything in your immediate atmosphere the way you want it? Are your children, grandchildren, neighbors, cousins, aunts, uncles, sisters, brothers, parents, or even your spouse living in state of peace that brings a smile to your face?

Now I know, we can not change others, nor should we even think of doing such a thing. However, the outcome of YOUR LIFE is in your hands. That’s right, not your current financial state, your living environment, nor something outside of you. If you want to recognize the joy that you seek for others, let it be planted in you first. You change the atmosphere. The atmosphere must never change you.Take some time today, yes today, and settle it in your mind that you are going to change how you perceive what’s around you. You are going to take the time, no matter who you are, male or female, young or old, white, black, pink or purple. YOU are going to look at what isn’t and settle it in your mind that today, “it ain’t what it looks like, because it’s on it’s way to becoming what it should.” Whatever that one thing or situation may be let’s start with that declared determination. Will you do that for me today? I’m counting on you! I need you. It’s all about The Human Connection®.

Until next time. Grace and peace to you.
